Finance Administrator / Clerk

We are looking for a dynamic and driven numbers person to join our club in managing all in and out-going finance for our team. The role is available immediately and you will report into our CEO and execution team in making sure all projects are within budget.

Daily responsibilities include:

Tracking running business costs
Tracking project costs and working with our account and project team to manage this
Reconciling budgets with our project teams
Loading payments
Working on chase and Sage to make sure our integration is always correct and up to date.
Keeping our general books in check and up to date.

Responsibilities:

Must have a finance degree or qualification
Must have at least two year of work experience at an advertising agency or a business of similar nature where your skills can be transferred
Must be proficient on Sage
Must have worked on Chase software before (our agency management software)
FNB Online Banking Experience is a must (Enterprise)
